What’s that behind the shag carpet wall? A windowless, sound-proofed media studio designed for social media video and podcasting, including a pair of Canon C100 cameras, lenses, lighting, and accessories. Most modern companies should be producing content with frequency and consistency – imagine having the capability to do it at a high level integrated directly into your work space.

Workshops, Focus Groups & Collaboration

As part of our flexible approach, we designed the space for collaboration first and foremost. We’ve hosted dozens of workshops of up to 30 people at a time with an open and energetic environment for hands-on whiteboarding and post-its and more formal group presentations. Plus the studio is able to livestream to the TV in the seating area outside, great for focus groups and filming without the discomfort of observers in the same space.

We love our office and studio but with a smaller team and the new work-from-home culture, we don’t need the space anymore. So we’re looking for the following types of sublet arrangements:

You completely take over the remaining 3 years on our lease or sublet from us for 12 to 24 months if looking for a shorter term commitment. Turnkey, all furniture included. Approx $9,000 a month.

One or two small companies / startups share the space with us, each paying a portion of the lease while enjoying the amenities for hosting meetings, workshops, talks, parties and collaborative days. These can be done at 6, 9 or 12 month terms and range from $3.5k to $7k all-inclusive.
